Scope
Panel Trail Line does not sell products through a website checkout. There is no cart, no payment form, and no downloadable goods on this site. This policy applies when someone commissions recap work by telephone or email and later asks to unwind that commission.
Before work starts
If we have not yet travelled to the hall and have not yet begun notes, a commission can be cancelled by calling +66 38 555 436 or emailing contact@panel-trailline.click. Any deposit already transferred by bank or other offline method is returned in full.
After notes have begun
If field notes have started, we keep payment for the hours already spent standing in the queue or drafting, and we return any unused remainder. A half-written recap is still a recap in progress; we will send whatever pages exist so you can see the work that was done.
After delivery
If a finished recap is missing an agreed hall, table, or issue title that we had confirmed in correspondence, contact the desk within fourteen days of delivery. We will either add the missing note at no extra charge or refund a portion that matches the missing section. Dislike of an honest sentence — for example, that a table closed — is not a defect.
What cannot be refunded as if it were software
The optional notes utility described on the compatibility page is not sold as a paid download from this website. There is therefore no installer refund, no app-store refund, and no marketplace chargeback originating from panel-trailline.click.
How to ask
Use the same telephone number or email address published on the contact page. State the event date and whether you want a correction or a return of unused fees. We will answer in ordinary correspondence, not through a web form.
